When you contact us

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss working together. This may include your name, contact details, company and message. In the contact form, name, email address and message are required. Company and phone number are optional. If you attach a floor plan or another document, that file is also sent through Web3Forms with your enquiry. Attachments are optional and used to assess your requirements.

For business enquiries, our legitimate interest is communicating with businesses that ask about our services. Only provide information needed for the enquiry. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal data.

Website analytics and your choice

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow statistics. It helps us understand which pages people use and whether they choose to contact us. The website does not send contact form contents to Analytics. Our measurement code removes query parameters from the page address it sends.

Analytics relies on your consent. You can decline and still use the website. Your choice is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes the website’s Google Analytics cookies. It does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Services that process information

Cloudflare delivers this website and may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to provide and protect it. An enabled contact form sends the information through Web3Forms to our email. Google processes website statistics when you have allowed it.

Providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Web3Forms states that it operates from India and uses safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long information is needed

Retention depends on whether a conversation is still active, whether it leads to a contract and whether information is needed for legal obligations or to handle a claim. Personal data should not be kept longer than its purpose requires. Contact us to ask about retention of your data or request erasure.

Web3Forms states a maximum retention period of three years for form submissions, unless a shorter plan period applies or data is deleted earlier. Our email and Google Analytics have separate retention settings. The cookie-banner choice lasts up to 180 days; this is different from retention of collected analytics data.

Your rights

You can request access to your personal data and correction of inaccurate information. You can also request erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. The rights that apply depend on the processing and its legal basis.
