What you enter in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and your description of the need. The same applies when you contact us by email or phone.
The details are used to answer your request, run the scoping call and provide a proposal – steps prior to a potential contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. They are not used for newsletters or other marketing.
Form messages are relayed by the Web3Forms service to our email and then handled in our email environment. We never sell data and do not share it with third parties beyond the providers required to receive and answer your message.
For as long as the dialogue is ongoing, and thereafter as long as needed to follow up on the request. If the request does not lead to a collaboration, we delete the details once they are no longer needed.
You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your details – email kontakt@demandit.se and we will help. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
The website uses no tracking cookies. Your light/dark mode preference is stored locally in your browser and never leaves it. If anonymous, cookie-free visitor analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is enabled, it does not collect personal data.
